APPOINTMENTS

We See Animals By Appointment Only

If you are experiencing an emergency we will do our best to make sure a doctor is available. We ask that you call in advance whenever possible so that we can prepare for your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate your request we may refer you to the Animal Emergency Clinic for critical care.

A fee may be assessed for all appointments broken without 24 hours notice.

For your convenience, "drop-off appointments" are available. A drop- off means you would call and request to bring your pet in for an appointment and then leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. This type of appointment is usually sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine you pet in-between appointments or at a time that has been reserved for our admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, he will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and/ or to set up a discharge appointment.  Please note that there is a fee for pets being admitted for the day.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in a cat carrier or on a leash.

Vaccination Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations are up to date.

Boarding

For all boarding dogs we require current rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccines.
For our feline guests we require current rabies and distemper vaccines.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  We recommend that animals are placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment upon services rendered.

For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Care Credit, Personal Checks and Cash.
