The hospital is located on the right side of the street.

Take the Riverside Street exit, EXIT 48

Get into the far right lane.

Turn RIGHT onto RIVERSIDE ST. at the light.

Continue on Riverside Street 0.2 Miles

Turn RIGHT onto Warren Ave.

Continue to follow Warren Ave. 1.6 miles until your reach Forest Ave.

Turn RIGHT onto Forest Ave/US-302.

Continue to follow Forest Ave 0.7 miles.
