Full Time Veterinary Technician

Experienced Veterinary Technician ­needed for busy practice in Portland, Maine.  Must have 3+ years experience in field and able to work weekends. Must be
proficient in all technical skills, such as venipuncture, surgical monitoring, dental scaling, catheter placement, restraint and radiology procedures. In addition to technical and animal care skills the applicant will also work reception, keep accurate medical records and handle laboratory tasks. Pet Groomer (Full Time)

We are searching for an experienced professional groomer to work 4-5 days each week. Groomer must be experienced and willing to groom both cats and dogs and handle 6-8 groomings daily. Groom includes bath/brush, professional groom, nail trim and ear cleaning. The hospital will handle all checking in/out and customer inquiry/client contact, unless pet owner requests otherwise.
 
Groomer will be hired as an independent contractor and must be 18 years of age or older.

Hours/days needed for Part-Time Permanent Groomer:
Mon-Tues 8AM-4PM or 5PM
